Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Neuronz.ai account from the dashboard at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone: there is no grace period and no recycle bin.
How to delete it
- Sign in to the dashboard and open Account (
#/account). - Under Delete account, choose Delete account….
- Enter your current password and type
DELETEto confirm. - Choose Permanently delete account.
You are signed out and returned to the sign-in page. Your email address and password no longer sign anyone in, and you can register again with the same address later as a brand-new account.
Only a signed-in dashboard session can delete an account. API keys (nzk_…) and the sign-ins of Claude Code, Oh-My-Pi or the Claude app connector cannot, even with full access.
What is deleted
Everything that belongs to you, in one step:
- Your identity — your user record, name, email address, password, every dashboard session, your two-factor authentication setup (from the dashboard's Security page) if you turned it on, and any pending password-reset or sign-in codes.
- Your workspace — the personal workspace created for you at sign-up, and every record in it:
- facts, persona traits and the people on your social map;
- rules (approved and proposed);
- voice: writing claims, their groups, examples and voice conditions;
- knowledge documents;
- topics and topic tags;
- actions, runs and their events;
- skills, commands and agents (assets) with their attached files;
- the links between records (the knowledge graph);
- profiles and the directory routes that map folders to them;
- any other data your agents stored.
- Your credentials — every API key you created, and every agent sign-in (Claude Code, Oh-My-Pi, the Claude app connector). An agent still signed in gets a "not authenticated" error on its next request.
- Logs tied to you — the recall log (which prompts retrieved which records), usage and analytics events, and every other activity log of your workspace.
- Tag names only you used. Topic tag names are shared across Neuronz.ai; a tag name that another account also uses stays, one only you used is deleted.
What deletion does not touch
- Files on your own machines. The plugin keeps its login in your operating system's keychain and a small state directory (
~/.neuronzai). Run/neuronzai:logoutin Claude Code or Oh-My-Pi to remove the login, and uninstall the plugin if you no longer use it. Skills and commands the plugin placed in your repositories are removed the next time a session starts, because the server no longer recognizes your credentials. - Other people's accounts. Deleting yours never changes anyone else's data.
When deletion is refused
If the password you enter doesn't match, the dashboard shows That password is not correct. and nothing is deleted. Enter the password you sign in with and try again.
