Reset your password
If you forget your password, you can set a new one from the sign-in page. You need access to the email address of your account.
1. Ask for a reset link
On https://app.neuronz.ai/#/login, select Forgot your password?, enter your email address and select Send reset link.
The page confirms that a link is on its way. It shows the same message whether or not an account exists for that address, so nobody can use it to find out who has an account.
2. Choose a new password
We send an email from [email protected] with the subject Reset your Neuronz.ai password. Open it and select Reset password. On the page that opens, enter your new password twice (at least 8 characters) and select Reset password, then Go to sign in.
A reset link:
- works once — after your password is changed, the same link no longer opens the form;
- expires after 1 hour.
If the link has expired or was already used, the page says so. Select Request a new link to start again.
What a reset changes
- Your old password stops working immediately.
- Every browser that was signed in to your account is signed out. Sign in again with the new password.
- Your agents stay connected: Claude Code, Oh-My-Pi and the Claude app connector each have their own sign-in, separate from your password.
Didn't get the email?
Check your spam or junk folder, make sure you typed the address you signed up with, and request a new link. If you never verified your address, verify it first — see Create your account.
