Create your account
A Neuronz.ai account is free for individuals. You create it in the web app at https://app.neuronz.ai, confirm your email address, and then connect your agent. Your agent signs in to the same address, so one account covers the web app and every agent you connect.
1. Sign up
Open https://app.neuronz.ai/#/register and enter your name, email address and a password of at least 8 characters, then select Create account.
The page then shows Check your email. Your account exists, but you cannot sign in to it yet: Neuronz.ai first needs to know the address is yours.
2. Verify your email
We send an email from [email protected] with the subject Verify your email for Neuronz.ai. Open it and select Verify email (or paste the link it contains into your browser).
The link verifies your address and signs you in. You land on Email verified; select Continue to Neuronz.ai to open the dashboard.
The link works for 24 hours.
Didn't get the email?
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Select Resend verification email on the Check your email page for a new link.
- If you already closed that page, just try to sign in: Neuronz.ai tells you the address isn't verified yet and offers the same Resend verification email button.
Requesting a new link doesn't cancel older ones; any link that hasn't expired still works.
The link says "Link not valid"
A link that has expired, or that was copied incompletely, opens a Link not valid page. Enter your email address there and select Resend verification email to get a fresh one.
