Usage analytics

The Analytics page of the dashboard shows how your sessions use Neuronz.ai and which of your stored skills get invoked. The plugin records usage automatically; there is nothing to set up.

What it shows

Pick a window of the last 7, 30 or 90 days. The page covers every profile in your workspace and shows:

• Events, Profiles and Sessions — how many usage events were recorded in the window, across how many profiles and sessions.
• Skill invocations over time — a chart of how often your stored skills were invoked, bucketed over the window.
• Top skills — your most-invoked stored skills.
• Top features — the Neuronz.ai features your sessions used most.

Only skills stored in Neuronz.ai are counted. Your own personal skills are not.

Using it

Open Analytics in the dashboard. For example, after you add a new skill, check Top skills a week later. If it is not being invoked, rewrite its description so the agent recognizes when to use it, or archive it.
